Humanitarian Projects Across the Border

Jerry & Albertia come from a small town in northeast Texas.  In the early 90’s they began making mission trips to Mexico whenever they could. In 2002 they made the decision to become full time missionaries to Mexico and moved to the Rio Grande Valley and attended King’s Way language school. At that same time they began working with a group called International Latin Harvest helping to build a Training Center and Men’s and Women’s dorm in Iturbide, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.  In 2010 they accepted the position as directors at Border Missions, of Hidalgo, TX.  They stepped down as directors of Border Missions in August 2020 to pursue their personal ministry of Mexico Border Ministries which is currently making and donating church benches (pews) to churches in Mexico.
